Flow heaters
High-performance, small and lightweight. Efficient heat generation based on turbulent flow on the entire heating surface. Manufactured based on advanced, patented plasma spraying processes.

The new FLUENT™ In-Line Heater from Watlow® can be used to heat gases and liquids up to 250 °C.
This is an integrated solution that eliminates the need for additional components (e.g. tank, valves). Reduction of total system cost, complexity and maintenance expense.
Integrated thermal element for stringent control limits. Other performance factors include the high watt density and fast reaction time.
The shell, flanges and all media-contacting parts are made of passivated stainless steel. This is the ideal prerequisite for applications in the foodstuffs and medical technology sectors, too.
Available with power output from 250 W to 4 kW. Maximum outside diameter of 25 mm. Optional with NPT threaded flange. Versions for voltages from 120 V to 240 V.
