No matter whether you work with powders, granules or liquid media, BOLZ INTEC can provide the right container for every substance. All containers are manufactured in-house in accordance with the GMP and HACCP Directives and can be used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
BOLZ INTEC lidded drums provide maximum protection for usage in hygiene-sensitive areas.
Transfer systems from BOLZ INTEC for transporting solid materials as well as liquids. The Emission-free Powder Transfer System (EPTS) can be used to safely transport solid materials within a company using the closed container system. EPTS also provides absolute protection against toxic substances. The mobile Contained Suspension Transfer System (CSTS) is used for emission-free transport of liquids within a company. A pneumatically driven magnetic agitator ensures gentle mixing of the solution during the entire transport process. This in turn leads to an improvement in process quality. The CSTS from BOLZ INTEC is designed for operation in hazardous areas and is ATEX-certified.
Modular drums and drum rollers
You can take advantage of our modular system to assemble your ideal drum with a variety of handle options. The effective volume ranges from 0.5 to 400 litres. The materials, based on chrome-nickel steel, are rust-free, light-resistant, non-diffusing and have no effect on odour or taste. They are also 100% recyclable. The reusable clamping ring lids with insertable round packing cord as well as the sealing materials (silicone, EPDM, Viton) and the FEP-coated seals with FDA approval ensure airtight closure. The base and lid are deep-drawn and the casing and base are butt-welded. The seams are rolled flush with the sheet metal surface and fine-ground inside and out. The standard wall thickness for the welded versions is equal to 1.25 mm.
Drum funnels
Safe, dust-free, metered and problem-free emptying of drums.
Symmetrical and asymmetrical funnels make filling and transferring of drums dust- and loss-free.
Conical and asymmetrical funnels are available for all BOLZ INTEC drums, either brushed, ground or with an electropolished surface. The material thickness is 1.5 mm. Conical drum funnels have a standard inclination of 60° and 90°.
We are also happy to manufacture other funnel angles on request.
Pressure vessels and custom designs
The pharmaceutical and chemical industries use pressure vessels from BOLZ INTEC to store and transport media in a safe and sterile manner. Three standard vessel sizes are available with diameters of 234 mm, 395 mm and 560 mm and an effective volume of 5 to 200 litres. All other components can be put together on a modular basis. The tri-clamp connection according to DIN 32676 is a standard element. Custom designs are possible at any time to meet special customer requirements.

These different systems can be used for emission-free transport of solid materials and liquids within your company. In combination, EPTS and CSTS form an unbeatable transfer system – and also a smart response . The EPTS is docked on top of the CSTS system. Thanks to the integrated agitator, the Bolz CSTS basically functions as a reactor on its own and mixes its liquids with the solids from the EPTS.
